2020

2020 was all about kicking off the new decade with an exciting range of all-new world premieres across the automotive and marine segments. The year saw the debut of the BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP, designed to introduce fans and customers around the world to a new realm of possibilities based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 platform. Simultaneously, the BRABUS Marine Shadow 900 series redefined luxury superboats with its reimagined design and more power than ever before. Protection and sophistication converged in the INVICTO series, setting new standards for bespoke armored vehicles across the industry. Rounding out the year, the BRABUS ROCKET 900 "One of Ten" officially became one of the most unique supercars the legacy of the BRABUS ROCKET had ever seen at the time, defined by the highest level of confident high-performance and a brand-new signature look.

    BRABUS 800 ADVENTURE XLP

In early 2020, one of the most extraordinary BRABUS off-road supercars is revealed to the world for the first time: the BRABUS 800 Adventure XLP. Based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63, our engineers, technicians and designers develop a high-performance go-anywhere pickup with outstanding capabilities, achieved courtesy of a newly designed drive concept with portal axles. Purpose-built to master any challenge beyond the beaten path, the Adventure XLP is the ultimate combination of confident all-terrain power, rugged dependability and BRABUS-typical luxury.

Equipped with the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter BRABUS 800 V8 producing 588 kW / 800 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque, the pick-up charges from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. Further highlights include a complete BRABUS Widestar exterior concept, a heavy-duty BRABUS Monoblock HD wheel/tire combination and a ground clearance of 47 centimeters ensured by its unique portal axle configuration.

    BRABUS SHADOW 900 Range

Extravagant. Hedonistic. Brilliant. The BRABUS Marine Shadow 900 series of luxury superboats is officially premiered at boot Düsseldorf 2020 as the long-awaited successor of the Shadow 800. Featuring an extensive range of technical innovations, BRABUS typical styling and breathtaking performance figures, the BRABUS Shadow 900 Black Ops becomes BRABUS Marine’s most powerful product at the time – able to reach a blistering top speed of over 60 knots courtesy of twin Mercury Marine 450R Verado XL 4.6-liter V8 FourStroke engines. Initially made available in the launch configurations Sun-Top and Spyder, the XC Cross-Cabin model is revealed later that same year, completing the new 37-foot series with its fully enclosed, weatherproof cabin configuration.

    INVICTO by BRABUS automotive

Safety at the highest level of comfort. This is BRABUS INVICTO. Based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63, three unique models are initially released: Pure, Luxury and Mission. The specially developed protective chassis designated INVICTO “Shelter Cell” corresponds to the quality of OEM factory armor and is completely integrated into the interior of each model, making it invisible at first glance and providing both comfort and BRABUS typical elegance for the occupants. Among the materials used for this cell are various types of hot-formed armor steel and, as an absolute innovation, 3D-printed protective elements, certified with protection class VR6 plus ERV. The INVICTO series combines maximum protection with superior performance and a stylish, luxurious interior – from classic-modern to extravagant-sporty.

    BRABUS ULTIMATE E FACELIFT

In September of 2020, the BRABUS Ultimate E receives a significant facelift, designed to reimagine the looks of this next-level city sportscar from the ground up. With an all-new BRABUS Widestar exterior concept and more possibilities for owners to express themselves, this agile pocket-rocket based on the smart EQ fortwo catches anyone’s attention in an instant.

BRABUS ROCKET 900 "One of Ten"

The BRABUS ROCKET 900 is the modern interpretation of a defining story in our history and the ultimate combination of striking BRABUS signature looks and confident high-performance. Based on the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, the ROCKET sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, courtesy of the twin-turbocharged 4.5-liter BRABUS 900 V8 increased-displacement engine.

As the first BRABUS Rocket not equipped with a V12, it becomes undeniable proof that downsizing does not mean downgrading – producing an earth-shattering 662 kW / 900 hp. To create space for the 22-inch and 21-inch Monoblock Z forged wheels featuring a reimagined aero-disc design, the BRABUS designers develop a carbon widebody exterior concept radiating pure 1-Second-Wow. The matching aerodynamic-enhancement components are developed in the wind tunnel. They produce more downforce and thus increase the handling stability at high speeds.
